Winning withdrawals are processed by boleh888a within 24 hours on business days. Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request. The maximum daily withdrawal for regular members is RM20,000 — higher limits are available for VIP members upon request.
First-time withdrawals from a new account require identity verification to be successfully completed beforehand. This process typically takes 1–2 business days once the required documents have been submitted. Subsequent withdrawals are generally processed faster once initial verification is done.
If a withdrawal cannot be processed due to technical reasons, the boleh888a team will contact the member via their registered email within 24 hours to offer an alternative method. We do not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals to supported payment methods.

In the event of a technical error that causes clearly incorrect odds to be displayed (for example, odds of 100.0 for an already-obvious winner), boleh888a reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the funds. This decision is final.

Any valid balance at the time of closure will be refunded to a previously used payment method, after all compliance checks have been completed.
The boleh888a platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. boleh888a will endeavour to maintain platform uptime above 99.5% but does not guarantee a flawless service at all times.
Boleh888a is not liable for any losses arising from: interruptions to a member's internet service, betting decisions made based on incorrect information from external sources, or unauthorised third-party activity in a member's account beyond our control.
